Ginny is a registered nurse (RNLD) with an MSc who has 30 years’ experience in a range of nursing, operational leadership and quality assurance roles in the NHS, academic and private healthcare providers. Ginny was a founding member of the Health Foundation Q Initiative in 2014 representing nurses working in adult social care. The Q Community is now an established network of thousands of healthcare professionals working in quality improvement. Ginny leads the Quality Advisory Team at Montreux, including ex-CQC inspectors, in monitoring the quality performance of portfolio services, advising on risk, compliance, and quality improvement.
