Prior to joining Montreux, Paddy worked for over 17 years in the healthcare team at Knight Frank, a leading global property consultancy.

As head of the corporate valuation and advisory team, he was involved in many of the leading transactions across all sectors of UK healthcare. Paddy brings a wealth of experience having advised investors, operators, funders, and developers, and remains a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
